This includes a 30 minute on-ice observation session and a 45 minute assessment. The goal of the session is to discover areas of strength/weakness by analyzing compensatory patterns and developing efficient movement patterns.
This is a 45-60 minute assessment where your physiotherapist will ask you several questions to understand your injury/goal. Your therapist may guide you through a series of movements to better understand your injury and how you move. Your physio will educate you on your injury, provide exercises, and sport-specific recommendations to ensure optimal recovery. Following the session, you have the option for your therapist to send a summary of your session along with skating recommendations to your managing coach
